Reminders > New multi-select option for ending reminders

Insurance Profile > Extend end dates using the STAR button will also end all related reminders automatically.
Payment Dashboard > split sync of Credit Card and 835s
Patient lists > Nickname and ability to search by nickname on the follwing screens:
- Flow
- Scheduling > bottom right tabs
- Appointment windows
Scheduler > Major speed improvement on load
Recall > Bulk Activate/Inactive with Multi-select
