User Roles
When filling out your onboarding paperwork or coming back to add a new user after installation, it is important to understand the roles and access levels built into the system security. There are three types of user roles:
- Assistant
- The assistant role is most suited for Chiropractic Assistants (CA) and/or other administrative staff who require access to Innate in order to perform their duties within the clinic. All assistants are restricted by role from the Doctor/Provider screen and may have additional restrictions based on the assigned Access Level. See below.
- Provider
- The provider role is for the chiropractors or other healthcare providers at your clinic, such as a physical therapist. Providers have no access restrictions by role, but may have access restrictions based on the assigned Access Level.
- Support
- You can assign a support account to a trusted technical support specialist. Support agents have no access restrictions by role, but may have access restrictions based on the assigned Access Level.
