Currently, Innate is exclusively integrated with Infinedi (infinedi.net). Although the prior version of Seamless generated a common version of print image claims which could be uploaded to other third party clearinghouses, Innate now uses a proprietary XML based on the 837 EDI.
Although integrations with other clearing houses are not supported, if your clearing house is able to securely receive print image claims as PDF, then you may be able to to use another clearinghouse at your own judgment by submitting the printable version of the claim.
